Art of Seduction: We make sure every week starts off on the right track at Rhythma with a lesson in the Art of Seduction Monday nights at 8:30pm. This class focuses on sultry choreography, sexy moves, chair and floor work. Learn these sassy, seductive moves and bring them home to add some heat in the bedroom. Get your lesson in the Art of Seduction from Atlanta’s hottest talent at Rhythma’s weekly session in sexy. Each week we start with a sultry warm up, practice seductive walks, and finish with intensive choreography. A great way to learn the basics of choreography in a fun, supportive environment.


Ballet Fit: Add structure to your life every Wednesday with Ballet Fit from 6pm to 7pm at Rhythma Studios. This class will sharpen your mind and body with warm-up drills and combinations. Watch your body re-shape itself as you continue in her class; see you weight drop and your muscles transform into long, lean lines of self-aware movement. If you are ready to add some grace into your life, while turning up your physical fitness and ability to pick up new dance moves and combinations, this is the class for you! A perfect warmup for Rhythmic Stretch!



Rhythmic Stretch: A rigorous stretch class designed to increase flexibility for all levels, ages and sizes, Rhythmic Stretch will help bend your body into shape and give you the flexibility of a dancer. Classes are focused on backbends, splits, side splits, and middle splits. Get total body flexibility as you move through a series of stretches designed to open each muscle group of the body required for these extreme feats of flexibility. In Rhythmic stretch, your body will bend to the beat as our instructors synchronise the class with music and yogic breathing. A physical and fun class designed to rapidly increase flexibility. A great follow-up class to Wednesday Ballet Fit!


An Ka Fo Drum & Dance: West African Dance Class. In the West African language Mandinka, An Ka Fo means “let’s play,” which refers to the art of music and dance which are the universal languages of mankind. Established in 2009, The Atlanta-based An Ka Fo Drum & Dance Ensemble performs and teaches heart-pounding authentic, traditional and ancient African dance, music, and folklore. Classes are taught with a live Djembe orchestra and explore the  dances, songs and culture of Guinea, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Gambia. Instrutor Fadima Sutton has been studying West African dance, song, and folklore since the tender age of 4 and and was encourage to teach at the age of 11. Fadima teaches to all levels which makes this class exciting for all. So whether you are new to West African dance or you are an instructor of West African dance, this class will challenge and keep you on your toes!



Eccentric Hip Hop: Learn this unique fast and sassy brand of ultra modern LA style hip-hop in this extraordinary exploration of eccentricity! Jazzy, flashy and fun, the class starts with a serious core warmup, and jumps into extensive choreography fit for a diva. Come to this class and at the end of the hour, you will be convinced that you’ve just learned from Beyonce’s choreographer himself! Spend your Thursdays with Rhythma’s hip-hop crew, and learn the cutting edge, modern moves to keep you fresh on the floor and ready to join the ranks of top LA dance studios.



Animated Hip Hop: Pop, Lock, Tick, Glide, Moonwalk, Isolate, Warp — Dance like you defy the laws of physics with this surreal style of Animation! Class begins with warm-up conditioning and stretching, followed by intensive and specialized drills in an array of animated techniques. In this class, our teacher offers step-by-step instruction of intricate dance illusions, bringing these mysterious moves within reach! With a strong focus on fundamentals, this class is a great place for beginners to focus on fun, impressive moves. Advanced students will be challenged to keep up with the masterful style, precision, and innovative combinations of our instructor. Relaxed environment, personalized instruction; Great for All Levels and All Ages.



Belly Dance: Rhythma’s Tribal Bellydance fusion classes focuses on isolations, techniques and drills. This unique genre of Bellydance emerged in California in the 1970s. Drawn from the traditional styles of lebanese and turkish bellydance, Tribal bellydance brings an electronic beat to these traditional middle-eastern moves The class will begin with 15 minutes of stretching followed by 35 minutes of drills and ending with a 10 minute choreography that focuses on using the techniques from the drills we use during the session. Tribal Fusion is most commonly performed with electronic beats and fused with exotic blends of music and bellydance techniques from around the world with a twist of modern American style. Thursday classes are more focused and intensive, and Sunday classes are more relaxed and technique-oriented.



Capoeira is martial art unlike any other. Its history is deeply rooted in the Afro-Brazilian culture, as it was brought over from Africa over 500 years ago by slaves, and played an integral role in the liberation of an oppressed people. The traditions of Capoeira, which were born centuries ago, are kept alive in Groupo Capoeira Brasil, which was founded in 1989 by Mestres Boneco, Paulao, and Paulinho Sabia. Through the rich vigor of our founders, Groupo Capoeira Brasil has become an internationally recognized organization with several branches throughout North and South America, Europe, and Asia. At Rhythma’s Capoeira class, you will learn the basic moves of this unique martial art and how to incorporate them within the constant rhythmic flow of the Capoeira ginga. At Rhythma, we incorporate cultural elements in our class; join us to learn about the instruments, music and traditions of this art form. This is a fun and physical class for all levels and a great family class. Join our growing club of Capoeira Brasil students every Saturday at Rhythma Studios.



Adult/Teen Gymnastics: Taught by a Level 10 gymnast, this personalized class is an ideal opportunity for a beginner looking for an introduction to basic gymnastics, or for experienced students looking for a new challenge. Learn back and front walk-overs, back handsprings, layouts, tucks and more. If you are a dancer looking to take your skills to the next level, our gymnastics class will give you the big tricks you want to punctuate your moves. A positive, relaxed environment makes this physically and mentally demanding class fun!



Open Acrobatics: An open circus, gymnastics and acrobatic session. Come for special Saturday session and join the staff of Rhythma Dance Studios and our friends from The Imperial Opa Circus for a morning of free-form fun! A great chance to learn the basics of tumbling, balance, body stacking, acro yoga, juggling and equilibristics in this informal open session. The perfect warmup before Capoeira and Gymnastics!



Dancehall: This popular Jamaican style is similar to reggae, but is characterized by faster beats. It combines the rhythms and soul of traditional reggae with the hard-hitting beats of electronic music for a fast-paced and energetic form of dance. The style originated in Jamaican dance halls, and rose in popularity in the 1990s. Contact us to learn this exciting that is rarely seen in dance studios.


Zumba: is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Zumba draws elements from hip-hop, soca, salsa, samba, merengue, mambo, martial arts, bellydance, and Bollywood. The exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. This fun, dance-inspired fitness program is a great way to get in the rhythm and get in shape.
